Terms of Service

You are hiring me to set up your gear, design your overlays, or produce your live event. These are the rules we follow.

How it works

You pick what you need in the configurator and submit it or you reach out directly. I review the details. If we are a good fit, I email you a PayPal invoice and a zCal link. You pay the invoice and book a time. The work happens during that booked session.

Remote Access

I do all setup work remotely. We will use AnyDesk or RustDesk to connect. I find AnyDesk often works better, but we will use what connects reliably. You need to be at your PC when we start.

Remote Access & Communication

I do all setup work remotely. While I control your PC using AnyDesk or RustDesk, we will also be on a voice or video call using Discord or Google Meet. This lets us talk through the setup in real time so you understand how everything works. I find AnyDesk often works better for screen control, but we will use what connects reliably. You need to be at your PC when we start.

Your Setup

I configure the hardware you already own, whether that means tuning an SM7B with a WaveXLR interface or setting up an RVC voice changer. If we are building an IRL streaming server with MediaMTX, you need router access so we can route the incoming SRT stream.

Live Event Production

Producing live events is a multi-step process. The service covers setting up or editing the Discord server to properly route guests, running a script practice or rehearsal session with the host, and producing the actual live broadcast. You are responsible for making sure your hosts and nominees show up to the Discord server on time for both the rehearsal and the live show.

Deliverables
If I design stream overlays for you, I send the final exported files (like .mp4 or .webm). You only get the original source files if you specifically paid for them. After a technical session, I upload the recording to SwissTransfer. Download it immediately. I don't keep permanent backups of your sessions.

Limits of Liability
I make sure your audio, OBS, and servers run perfectly during our session. After we finish, I will answer follow-up questions for a few days. I will not remote back into your PC or redo the setup. That is why you get the session recording. I am not responsible if a future Windows update, a Discord patch, or an ISP outage breaks the setup later on.
