Rescheduling
You can reschedule your session through zcal up to 24 hours before we start.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before our session begins and before I start any design work, let me know. I will issue a full refund through PayPal.
Completed Work
I do not offer refunds once the work is done. This includes dialing in your audio, delivering your overlay files, setting up your server, or broadcasting your event. You are paying for my time and expertise.
Hardware Incompatibility
Sometimes gear just fails. If we connect remotely and I realize your PC simply cannot handle a local AI voice model or encode a video stream, I will refund you.
